Sharing a chat or a project
The quickest way to hand someone your AI’s work is a link. In ChatGPT and Claude, a shared chat is a copy of the conversation up to that point; on personal accounts, messages you add later aren’t included. Projects go further: ChatGPT projects can be shared with other ChatGPT users, and Claude projects within a Team or Enterprise organization.
Where Kunobi differs
Whoever opens the link uses the same app, and from then on there are two separate copies. In Kunobi, each of you keeps your own AI and you both build on one shared project that stays current.
Where it’s ahead today
It works today, on every plan, with nothing to install.
ChatGPT Space
Launched on 29 September 2026 for ChatGPT Pro, Business and Enterprise. A Space holds pages and files that people in your ChatGPT workspace can view or edit, and each collaborator works with their own ChatGPT. Sharing a page doesn’t share your private chats or memory.
Where Kunobi differs
Everyone in a Space works in ChatGPT, inside one workspace. Kunobi is designed for the case where you use Claude and the other person uses ChatGPT, or where you don’t share an organization at all, and it keeps the shared work in files on your own machines.
Where it’s ahead today
Shared pages several people can edit, always-on agents (Dots) on some plans, and it’s available today to paying ChatGPT customers.
Notion agents
Notion brings AI into the workspace: its own Custom Agents, Claude agents that Notion hosts and bills in Notion credits per run, and Cursor in beta. Other AI apps can connect to Notion and act with your full Notion permissions. Guests from outside your organization can be invited page by page.
Where Kunobi differs
The shared place is your Notion workspace, and its agents act with their own permissions rather than those of the person who asked. Kunobi keeps each person’s own AI and account, and shares only what each person puts into the project.
Where it’s ahead today
Agents that run on a schedule or a trigger inside the workspace, and a tool many teams already use every day.
