Who it’s for
Anyone with an AI and someone to work with.
Kunobi starts with two people. What they’re doing together is up to them.
- At home“Let’s find a house.”One AI knows the budget, the other knows the commute. They work it out; the two of you choose. For couples
- At work“Let’s launch this product.”Your AI and a colleague’s catch the 60‑day promise against the 30‑day contract before the launch does. For teams
- In engineering“Let’s ship the architecture.”Her AI picks up his schemas, then questions his cutover date against the audit calendar, weeks before staging. For engineering teams
Private by default. Shared by choice.
What Kunobi keeps for you starts on your machine. Shared projects are available to their members; optional sync and backup have their own access settings.
How we got here
We learned to work together. Then AI split us up again.
1990s
Desktop
One person. One file.
Sharing it meant emailing report_v3_FINAL.doc.
2010s
Cloud
We started working together.
Everyone in the same doc, at the same time.
2022
First AI
Then AI made us work alone again.
Three people, three private chats. Nothing shared.
2024
AI everywhere
An AI for everything. None of them share.
Each one learns something and keeps it to itself.
2026
Agent teams
Now everyone has a team of AI agents.
Yours knows your part. Theirs knows theirs. None of them sees the whole project.
Today
Where that leaves us
Your AIs know different parts of the story.
Your 20-minute limit is in your chat. Your friend’s AI likes a home 38 minutes from the station.
Now
Kunobi
Your AI works with theirs. Shared progress.
You choose what becomes part of the shared work. Everything else stays private.
What’s next
Shared work is the start. Next: connected tools, reusable know-how and actions within your limits.
Connect useful tools
Let another person’s AI use a project’s approved tools, without handing over your passwords.
Share what works
Bring proven guidance, research and templates into the next shared project.
Act within your limits
Give your AI its own email address or a set budget, to request information and get what the work needs.

FAQ
What does sharing with someone else’s AI actually mean?
You share one project with the other person and both your AIs. Its research, files and decisions stay together. Only this project is shared: personal chats, unrelated files and credentials stay outside it. Decisions made there are kept, so both AIs can build on them the next time you work together.
Do I have to set it up?
No. You install one app, once. From there your AI works out what’s available and what applies. You set it up by talking to your AI, not by filling in a wizard.
Does it ask me before it does things?
You approve the project and who can join it. Your AIs work inside that boundary without asking you about every small update. Tools keep their own controls for spending, credentials and destructive actions.
Where is my data?
What Kunobi keeps for you starts on your machine. Shared projects are available to their members; optional sync and backup have their own access settings.
Is it free?
The waitlist is. We’ll be clear about pricing well before anyone is asked to pay.
When can I use it?
Kunobi is in development and we’re onboarding a small group first. Leave your email and we’ll be in touch when there’s a spot.
